1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Commusic Center ("the Platform"), operated at commusicenter.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Users must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) to register.

2. Description of Service

Commusic Center is a global platform for music creators. It enables users to build paid communities, sell courses and digital products, list events and services, connect with other music professionals worldwide, and access a music industry marketplace.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.

You may not share your account or register on behalf of someone else without their explicit consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

4. Subscription Plans

Commusic Center offers multiple subscription tiers (STARTER, PRO, ELITE, MANAGER) with different features and platform fee percentages. Current pricing is shown on the Pricing page.

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Revenue, Payments & Payouts

Creators keep a percentage of revenue generated through the Platform based on their subscription plan. Commusic Center retains a platform fee on each transaction.

• Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) and PayPal.
• Payouts to creators are processed via Stripe Connect.
• You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.
• Featured boost fees are one-time, non-refundable purchases.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Commusic Center a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform and for marketing purposes.

You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted music, images, or text. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to any content you publish.

8. Moderation & Takedowns

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice. If you believe your content was removed in error, contact legal@commusicenter.com. We comply with DMCA and EU Digital Services Act takedown procedures.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your public profile and content are removed within 30 days (transaction records are retained for legal obligations per our Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commusic Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law and the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
