What is the transaction fee?

When you sell a product, ticket, or lesson, Commusic Center retains a small percentage. The percentage depends on your plan: 7% Basic, 5% Pro, 2% Élite, 0% Manager. The rest goes directly to you.

What is Backstage?

Backstage is a suite of six professional tools included from the Pro plan: EPK Generator, Gig Contract, Split Sheet, Release Planner, Tour Itinerary, and Technical Rider. Each tool has a monthly usage limit: 25 uses/month on Pro, 75 uses/month on Élite, 150 uses/month on Manager.

What is the AI Promo Generator?

Exclusive to Élite and Manager plans. Upload an MP3 or paste a Spotify link — Claude AI generates 5 ready-to-publish promotional texts: Instagram caption with hashtags, TikTok 30-second script, 150-word press release, Spotify editorial playlist pitch, and mailing list email. All in seconds.

What is the Broadcast feature?

From the Pro plan upwards you can send an email + in-app notification to all your followers at once — like a newsletter but built into the platform. Élite and Manager users can also export the full list of follower emails as a CSV file, just like Beacons.

What are the Tour Itinerary and Technical Rider?

Two Backstage tools for live musicians. Tour Itinerary generates a day-by-day schedule (city, venue, soundcheck, hotel, travel) ready to share with your band and promoters. Technical Rider generates a professional stage requirements document (PA specs, channel list, monitors, backline, stage plot) ready to send to any venue. Both included from Pro.

What can I sell on every plan?

All plans let you sell physical products, digital downloads, video courses, lessons, services, and event tickets. The difference is Show Pages, Backstage tools, and commission percentage.

How many Show Pages can I open?

Basic: 1 Show Page. Pro: 5 Show Pages. Élite: 10 Show Pages. Manager: 50 Show Pages. Each Show Page is your public storefront with products, videos, events, and lessons.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial on any paid plan. You need to enter a card, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. You keep access until the end of the billing period, with no penalties.

What happens to my content if I cancel?

Your content, members and data are preserved. You revert to the free plan with limited features.

How do I receive payments?

We use Stripe for payments. You can connect your bank account from the dashboard and receive your earnings directly.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard.
